I. To develop a campus which promotes research and excellent teaching and enhances student learning
II. Provide an attractive campus environment and the resources to promote good teaching – learning process.
III. Recruit and retain outstanding teacher-scholars, highly qualified and service-oriented staff, all committed to advancing the Institute’s Vision, Mission and Values.
IV. Empower the Faculty to study student problems and explore their role as teacher / mentors.
V. Hold education programmes regularly for faculty members so that they keep abreast of the latest developments in their respective fields. For these programme, senior academicians from prestigious institutions of the country are invited to give training and lectures.
VI. Promote Industry-institute interactions in areas of preparation of curriculum, training teachers, conducting short-term courses, testing, consultancy and sponsored research.
VII. Take keen interest in personal and skill enhancement of its faculty and encouragement is given at every step to equip them into becoming better teachers.
VIII. Motivate the student body, to demonstrate high academic achievement, strong leadership capability, concern for others and a sense of responsibility for the under-privileged and vulnerable groups.
IX. Inspire faculty members to conduct research and publish papers / articles regularly in national and international journals.
